Hogwarts Legacy PC requirements have been revealed, with Portkey Games confirming frame rates for Quality Mode and Performance Mode on Xbox Series X/S and PS5. Let's take a look at some numbers for both platforms on paper.
As for Resolution Mode, which provides the game's visual detail, it will deliver 30 frames per second at 4K resolution, while Performance Mode will average 60 frames per second at a lower resolution, which I personally expect will be closer to 1440p resolution. This may increase or decrease accuracy slightly, as we don't yet know the exact aiming accuracy of this mode.
For players with compatible TVs or monitors, variable frame rate is also an option on current-generation platforms. We'll have more details and tests measuring overall performance to look forward to in the coming days or weeks.
One of the biggest surprises of “Hogwarts Legacy” is that British actor “Simon Pegg” will dedicate his voice to the character “Phineas Nigellus Black”, who is the headmaster of Hogwarts at the time the events of the game take place, and his description is that he is almost the least famous in the history of Hogwarts, he says Simon Pegg said he took the job mainly because of his standing among the students.
Hogwarts Legacy will be released on February 10th for Xbox Series X/S, PS5, and PC. The Xbox One and PS4 versions will be released on April 4th, while the Nintendo Switch version will be released on July 25th.
