Hidetaka Miyazaki is “concerned” about admitting he wants Bloodborne to be released on PC.

Hidetaka Miyazaki, the veteran director with ideas that have made half the gaming community lose their nerve, won't oppose Bloodborne's PC release.

This came via a statement he made to the website PC Gamer said there are other developers at FromSoftware who also want this. He commented that he was worried it would cause him some unnecessary problems, but added that he wouldn't object if it happened.

"If I said I wanted one, I'd have issues, but it's not something I'm opposed to... As one of the creators of Bloodborne, my personal and honest opinion is that I'd love for more players to be able to enjoy it. Especially since it's a game that's gotten a bit dated, and it's one of those games from the past that's been lost on older devices—I think with any game like this, it would be good for more players to have the opportunity to experience that and restore those remnants of the past."

It seems Miyazaki took great care in answering this question, as there appears to be a significant emphasis on Sony, which fully owns the rights to the name. This is also consistent with the game's exclusion from the many other games Sony released for PC some time after its release.

There are ongoing demands from the public for Sony to re-release Bloodborne on the PS5 and release a PC version alongside it, but Sony has not given any response to these claims as of this writing.

Additionally, there are demands from Souls fans for a sequel, and rumors have surfaced for several years that Bloodborne 2 is in development, but we haven't received any confirmation yet.
