Gearbox Entertainment discussed the recent acquisition in its latest statement from the company’s Chief Business Officer Sean Haran, who praised great talent like Captured Dimensions and is excited to have them on board and make them an important part of delivering the best technology to the studio without compromise.
We expect to see the first deal from both companies after the full acquisition. In any case, I personally think that we won't see the effects of this acquisition until a few years pass until we see tangible results... unless the studio has been planning something for some time.
