Last year, it was announced that the sci-fi RPG Starfield and the co-op RedFall, considered one of the biggest exclusives for the Xbox Series X, were delayed by Microsoft to ensure a better and more polished experience, according to the company and the developer.
While fans try to guess Starfield's release date, rumors are still swirling online and on social media about the game's exact release date. This year, YouTuber and streamer Colt Eastwood, speaking on the latest episode of the XNC podcast, heard from some of the testers who recently tested the game.
Colt confirmed that some of the people directly involved in the Starfield game testing told him they were very impressed with Bethesda's work on the game, as he assured them it was one of the most ambitious games he had ever seen, even more so than any game he had seen before, or developed by the company, be it Skyrim or Fallout.
The streamer continued, saying that testers assured him that developer Bethesda may have redefined the sense of global scale in video games. This is very encouraging and certainly worth the wait all these years, but we're still waiting for the game's final release date, which could be in the second or third quarter of this year.
Do you think we'll see a game that will change the concept of world size in games?
