So, it was announced today that the Call of Duty: MW2 Early Access issue has been fixed, after many players encountered an issue entering the initial story mode due to a technical error.

First, you'll need to delete the game's storage files on your PlayStation device, whether they're saved on the device or on the cloud service if you're a PlayStation Plus subscriber.
Also, to avoid any error that would cost you to delete the game again, it is recommended to also delete the beta files if you had the opportunity to try it and it was installed on your device, as well as with the beta save files, either on the device or in the cloud service.
Now we come to the most difficult step, perhaps for some, which is to completely delete the game from the device. Yes, you will have to delete more than 100 GB and download it again.
Once you've completed the download process, which we recommend via the PlayStation Store rather than the game library, you'll be able to start playing without any issues.
It is reported that a large number of players who got early access to the story mode in Call of Duty: MW2 faced the issue of logging into the game due to an unknown technical error as it appears to the user that there are still uninstalled files for the game despite all of them being installed.
