State of Play event date
We are committed to live streaming the event exactly at the time 12:00 Next midnight Mecca time, and the broadcast will last 45 minutes, as revealed through the official PlayStation blog.
Of course, as usual, the event will be streamed directly on the official PlayStation channels on YouTube and Twitch, as well as through some media partners.
We will also be with you, as always, in our quick and direct coverage of the main announcements that will be made during the event on the website.
Sony has announced via its blog that tonight's episode of its State of Play event will focus on several titles coming to the PlayStation VR2 platform, as well as a 15-minute in-depth look at Rocksteady's upcoming game, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League.
The event will also include the unveiling of some third-party addresses, or as Sony called it in the announcement, its “partners,” without specifying or hinting at any party. There will also be the opportunity to reveal some new titles from independent developers.
Earlier this month, several sources spoke about Sony's readiness to announce the State of Play event in the coming days, while one of the media people said that we shouldn't get our hopes up about the announcements that will happen during the event. He confirmed that Sony is preparing to hold a larger Showcase event in conjunction with the launch of the E3 expo in June this year.
