The PlayStation Plus Extra games for the month of October did not satisfy subscribers with the service, and the main reason is that 3 of the games in the package are not equipped to work on the PS5 device.

These three games are Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Assassin's Creed Chronicles: India, and Assassin's Creed Chronicles: Russia. While Assassin's Creed Syndicate is not yet playable on Sony's new console, the Indian and Russian parts have surprisingly received an update to make them playable on the PS5.

According to the update information, it will fix the issue of both games crashing when playing them on PS5. And if you access the PlayStation Plus Extra games on PS5, you will notice that they are now available to download and play without any issues.

While Assassin's Creed Syndicate hasn't received an update to patch the game on Sony's new device, releasing an update for India and Russia could raise hopes that it will also receive an update that makes it playable on PS5. But since the game is so big, you might need more time for that.

We remind you that Sony will make the basic PlayStation Plus service available for free to play in groups for two days, starting next Saturday. You can find more details in our report.
