Gus has joined a team called Crop Circle Games as a story director. The studio is working on a massive game with a $1.4 billion development budget. Naughty Dog has worked with Josh for nearly 21 years writing and directing the story for the Uncharted series, The Last of Us, and more.

It seems that Josh has finished his work with the Naughty Dog team on a “secret” project that he has been working on since 2020, as he mentioned on his page. Having such a big name at a mediocre studio would definitely help to show positive results.
