A report from Digital Foundry recently surfaced questioning the PS5's ability to run GTA 6 at 60 frames, and now one of Rockstar's developers is responding to this claim and saying that he is confident in achieving this goal.

Developer Si Hai Lin was working with the Naughty Dog team on the game The Last of Us Part 2. After the release of the game, he left the team to join Rockstar, and recently, through one of the game’s forums, he confirmed that the upcoming Rockstar game is much better than the Naughty Dog game released in 2020. It won the Game of the Year title at the time. For more details about this news, you can visit this link.

With the release of the Digital Foundry report in which a team member doubted the ability of the PS5 or even the GTA 6 game to run at 60 frames, one of the players went to ask the developer himself through the GTA forum and the developer's response was:

“I don’t know, but we are confident that we can do it.”

The post was later deleted entirely from the forum before anyone could take a screenshot of the post, and the developer responded to the player regarding the game's frame rate on the PS5 platform, as seen below.

The first person to follow the developer's response was one of the accounts specialized in covering news about Rockstar's next game on the site XFrom what we know about the company, it will find the necessary solution so that the game runs smoothly on all home platforms, whether at 30 frames or even 60 frames.
