Have you missed Sheesh, dear reader, in the industry since the Corona crisis came in? Yes, of course, there are many negatives, but one of them is our serious lack of the BlizzCon conference, which will return to us again.

Earlier this year, Blizzard Entertainment president Mike Ybarra told the Los Angeles Times that the team is preparing for BlizzCon's return in 2023, starting with the appointment of a new leader for the BlizzCon division, April McKee. He couldn't confirm that BlizzCon will return in 2023 at the time, but McKee finally broke his silence during the company's official year-end report, published on December 21.

BlizzCon is back, and players will be able to find out its exact date and more in early 2023. While the COVID-19 pandemic played a role in the conference's absence, Blizzard Entertainment canceled BlizzCon 2022 largely due to the ongoing crisis. Press and harassment lawsuits plagued the company at the time, and everyone was trying to fix an abusive workplace culture.

Don't forget that Blizzard revealed the content roadmap for World of Warcraft during 2023 and revealed the release date of the next game Diablo 4. We also have a PvE mode along with the campaign in Overwatch 2 and a lot of interesting things to see at the conference. Only now after all the internal problems that the company has been facing.. I can say that it wants to earn the trust of Blizzard players and fans again.
