Late last year, the co-op survival horror shooter Back 4 Blood was released on all major platforms. It was praised by many critics, but player reviews show that it wasn't appreciated by many fans of classic zombie games.
The game received its first DLC in April. It introduced new additions to the Cleaner and Ridden, along with new cooperative activities full of horror and action. In addition to exclusive costumes and weapons, new characters and much more.
A little while ago, I announced all of Warner Bros.' announcements. Developer Turtle Rock revealed the details of the game's third DLC. The River of Blood is called River of Blood and will be available for free with Back 4 Blood: Deluxe Edition and Back 4 Blood: Ultimate Edition. Or, it can be purchased separately.
The new content “River of Blood” introduces a new story campaign, as well as new weapons, accessories, and maps. With a mission spanning five maps, players will need to collect resupply points at specific points as they travel towards the source of the river. Along the way, they will encounter many new enemies.
The cooperative PvE mode with “River of Blood” content will be released from December 6, 2022 to January 4, 2023.
It is worth mentioning that the Turtle Rock studio, which previously developed the game Left 4 Dead, managed to break off its partnership with Valve during 2011 and then went on to work on the cooperative game Evolve, which unfortunately did not have the same success and fame as the first game, and recently the Chinese company Tencent officially announced its acquisition of the Turtle Rock studio.
