During the development process of Call of Duty Black Ops 3, the studio's hopes were focused on the launch of the single-player phase, which at the time aspired to add an open world, but as we know from the famous insider and journalist Jason Schreyer Years ago, the work was canceled.
Today we're getting some tangible evidence of that, from photos, maps, and some interesting things Call of Duty Black Ops 3 fans should expect. Everyone knows that Black Ops 3 isn't long, but it does carry cooperative gameplay elements. But thanks to the Purpletoaster leak, many were expecting the single-player game with open-world elements to be a success at the time.

The leak revealed many points scattered across the map, along with side missions of various forms, including settlements, smuggling, and the like. The day-night cycle feature was present. Some building blocks also had a place to be. Or, they'd been working on this mode for about a year before officially scaling it up and putting some things into the actual solo mode we saw.
Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 is considered by some to be one of the weakest games in history, especially in terms of plot. But with the game's release from the PS3 and Xbox 360 generation platforms, the situation worsened, even with the release of a graphically poor version on those devices. This version didn't alleviate fans' anger.
