As it happens at the end of each year, Valve, through its digital platform and official website, announces its famous awards ceremony in its new version, The Steam Awards 2022. The event is an opportunity through which the player can choose their favorite game away from the panel of judges, since the awards are granted through the vote of Steam users.

The competition for Game of the Year had many distinct titles, as the list included multiple winner Elden Ring, Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2, God of War 2018, and Stray and Dying Light 2 Stay Human.

In the face of this fierce competition, Miyazaki's Elden Ring won the best PC game by player vote and also won a second award, which is the award for "Best game that you're bad at."

The winning games in each category are voted on by fans across the platform.

These are the winning names of the Steam Awards, which distinguishes it from the fact that the winning title is the choice of the players themselves and therefore all the winning and nominated titles were not surprising.
