The Last of Us officially concluded its first season with a fantastic episode titled "Look for the Light," and of course, all eyes are now on a second season, which was officially revealed last January. While Season 1 covered the entire first game, as well as additional content, Season 2 won't cover all of Game 2.

Directors Craig Mazin and Neil Druckmann, who also directed and wrote both games, confirmed the same thing in an interview with GQ. When asked about the full coverage of the events of the second part of "The Last of Us" in the second season of the series, Mazen replied frankly: "No... impossible."
Furthermore, through new statements from the actor who plays Joel in the first season, Pedro Pascal hinted that filming for the second season of The Last of Us will begin before the end of 2023. This could indicate that we will be on track with the premiere of the new season at the end of next year, 2024 or perhaps early 2025.
The most prominent character in the game, and recently in the series, is "Abi," one of the most controversial characters in video games. It's still a bit difficult to find the actress who will play the role, as she's an exceptional character in terms of form, with a massive physique, and also the story that sparked the ire of the game's audience.
