Yesterday was one of the best days for Xbox gamers as we witnessed a special Xbox Showcase event followed by a full reveal of the equally special Call of Duty Black Ops 6 game.

When we play through the Call of Duty Black Ops 6 story later this year, we shouldn't expect a long experience. What you should expect is what's called a classic Call of Duty story, as an interview with Stephen TotiloThe production manager of the Treyarch team spoke Yale Miller About the length of the story and where it got to. Where he said:

“For now, the game follows the same length as the classic Call of Duty campaign. Diversity is a big thing we hear from fans. They don’t want a single note of their experience. Luckily for us, Black Ops fits that bill, where you can do assault missions, puzzle-solving, stealth, and big military raids too… while they want a lot of freedom and a lot of variety… they also want to be on the rollercoaster rides.

Miller went on to say that he thinks the big goal of all of them is to give players the opportunity to be smart, where you're not just taking them on this journey the whole time, but they have the opportunity to explore and decide how they want to do it and make their own positions.

The length of the game's story should be expected to range from 6 to 8 hours of gameplay, no more. We note that the game will be released for current-generation devices, PC and next-generation devices on October 25 next year.
