Street Fighter 6 fans have been eagerly awaiting more information about the sixth installment, which will introduce new features that will welcome a whole new audience to the series... and today it's clear that we have new, concrete information about the release date.
The age rating for Street Fighter 6 was released by the South Korean Game Rating and Management Committee (GRAC) last week. As spotted by xenosaga7's Twitter page, the exact date according to the rating was November 18. All of this seems to indicate that a release date announcement is imminent.

The Games Awards 2022 ceremony will take place on December 8, in about two weeks, and due to the title's presence at the Summer Games Festival presentation, it could reappear in the winter of this year. Influencer and party host Jeff Kelly confirmed that there are more than 50 games included "in some form." That by no means means that all of the announcements included in the show will be debuts, but there will certainly be some surprises.
In a previous Game Informer interview with director Takayuki Nakayama, the most important controls were revealed extensively. Some are old, some are classic, and some have been revealed before. But even the “button mashing” feature changes everything for new players, as they can perform complex moves in the game by combining buttons with some simple AI buttons.
Street Fighter 6 is scheduled to release in 2023 for Xbox Series X/S, PS4, PS5, and PC.
