Activision has just released a new Warzone 2 update in preparation for opening the game to everyone in the coming hours. The size of the new update is approx. 70 GB It's an important update to have the game ready when it opens this Wednesday night.

Earlier this month, a small 2.5GB update was released for the PlayStation version and 6GB for the Xbox version. However, this new update will bring the core content needed to start the game.

The launch map for Warzone 2 is the agricultural city of “Al Mazrah” in the United Republic of Adal (fictional Republic). The map includes 18 key points and many players will be familiar with many of the locations. The maps of Qalaat Al-Baqar, Al-Safara, Zarqoah Hydroelectric, Tariq, Sareef, and Saeed Bay are all subsections of Al-Mazraa.
